Make your loved ones’ new ride on stand out from the crowd with a fully customised and personalised miniature license plate.

Our custom license plates are 16cm long and 7cm tall. The plate itself is made from high-quality environmentally friendly PLA, with rounded corners to protect small hands, and is 100% waterproof. The lettering on the license plate is printed with a raised surface and the finished plate is rated for 5+ years.

With 24 colours to choose from for both the text and the license plate, we have 500+ colour combinations for you to choose from!

Our custom license plates can accommodate at total of 8 letters, numbers or special characters. (including any spaces between the letters or numbers)

Fitting our custom plates is a breeze. Simply secure the mini plate using the double sided tape provided. No drilling and no mess.

These custom mini plates are a universal design and not sized for specific models. Depending on the ride on these mini plates are applied to, there may be some residual space or overlap.
Please note: We are unable to accept mini plate orders that include offensive language, or derogatory terms.

When will my order be dispatched?

We know that once you've ordered, you want it on its way as quickly as possible.

Orders are dispatched within 24 business hours of cleared payment .

Our warehouse dispatches orders Monday to Friday , excluding public holidays. If you place your order over a weekend or public holiday, it will be processed from the next business day.

You'll receive a dispatch confirmation once your order has left our warehouse.

When will my order arrive?

Our current estimated delivery time is 1–5 business days after dispatch for most Australian locations.

Delivery times depend on your location, the product ordered and the transport carrier servicing your area. *Custom products can take up to 14 business days.

Delivery timetable While the vast majority of orders arrive within the expected timeframe, delivery estimates are not guaranteed and occasional carrier, weather or other transport delays can occur.

Is delivery really FREE?

We offer FREE delivery Australia-wide on our products, so you don't need to worry about an unexpected delivery charge being added at checkout.

This includes customers in metro, regional and remote areas across Australia .

Where is my order shipped from?

Your order is stocked and dispatched from either our VIC, NSW or QLD warehouse .

That means your purchase isn't being sent internationally or waiting to arrive from an overseas supplier before being forwarded to you.

Once dispatched, your order travels directly through our Australian transport network to your nominated delivery address.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you an email and/or SMS containing your tracking information .

Your dispatch confirmation will tell you which transport carrier has your order and provide the tracking details you need to follow its progress.

Simply follow the tracking link provided to see the latest available information about your delivery.

Please allow approximately 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active.

Will I know when my order is coming?

Your tracking information is the best way to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Once your order is with the transport carrier, tracking updates may include depot scans, movement between facilities and your order's delivery progress.

The amount and frequency of tracking information can vary between transport carriers and delivery locations.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

Most orders require a signature on delivery.

For many of our larger products, the transport carrier may not be able to leave your order unattended or in a safe place if nobody is available to accept it.

We therefore recommend using a delivery address where someone is likely to be available during normal business hours whenever possible.

Can I give Authority to Leave?

This depends on the transport carrier, product and delivery location .

Some carriers may offer an Authority to Leave or safe-drop option, while others require somebody to be present to accept and sign for the delivery.

If Authority to Leave is unavailable for your consignment, the driver will not be able to leave the order unattended.

What happens if I'm not home?

If a signature is required and nobody is available to accept the delivery, the carrier will normally provide instructions regarding the next delivery step.

Depending on the carrier, this may involve redelivery, collection from a depot or another delivery arrangement .

Any available options will generally be shown through your tracking information or communicated directly by the carrier.

Can I deliver to a different address?

Yes. You can nominate your preferred delivery address when placing your order.

If you're unlikely to be home during business hours, you may wish to consider using an address where somebody will be available to accept the delivery.

Please carefully check your delivery address before completing your order , particularly your street number, suburb and postcode.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Can you deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?

Because many RideOns.com.au products are large and bulky items transported by specialist carriers , they generally cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.

We recommend providing a physical street address where the delivery can be safely received.

What if I order more than one item?

Where you purchase multiple products, your order may occasionally be packed or dispatched as separate consignments .

This means different items can sometimes arrive separately or have different tracking information.

Don't be concerned if one part of your order arrives before another — check the tracking details supplied with your dispatch confirmation for the latest information.

What if my tracking hasn't updated?

Tracking can take 24–48 hours after dispatch to activate , and there can occasionally be periods where a parcel is travelling between facilities without receiving a new scan.

This doesn't necessarily mean your delivery has stopped moving.

If your tracking hasn't updated for an unusually long period or your order has passed its expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we'll help investigate it.

What if my delivery is delayed?

Although we work with established Australian transport carriers and most deliveries arrive within their expected timeframe, occasional delays can happen.

Weather events, unusually high freight volumes, public holidays, remote delivery locations and carrier network disruptions can all affect delivery times.

What should I do when my order arrives?

We recommend checking the outer packaging when your order is delivered .

Some cartons can receive minor marks during transport without affecting the product inside. However, if there appears to be significant transport damage, please take clear photos of the packaging before opening or disposing of it .

If you discover an issue with your order, contact us as soon as possible so our Australian support team can assist.

Buying for a Birthday or Special Occasion?

If your purchase is needed for a birthday, Christmas or another special occasion , we strongly recommend ordering as early as possible.

Our delivery estimates reflect normal carrier timeframes, but freight delays can occasionally occur outside our control.

Ordering early gives you the greatest peace of mind.
